Super Plastic Forming 

To begin with, the fabric should have associate degree ultra-fine grain size. it's then hot to market superplasticity. For Ti this is often around 900 °C (1,650 °F) and for aluminum it's between 450–520 °C. during this state the fabricisn't terribly sturdy therefore processes that ar sometimes used on plastics may be applied, such as: thermoforming, blow forming, and vacuum forming; it should even be deep drawn.
